Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
Q9: Do you offer international delivery?
We offer global delivery services, and the specific cost is calculated based on the destination and weight. At checkout, the system will automatically display the shipping cost and estimated arrival time.
Q10: What should l do if l want to modify the order?
If you need to modify the order (such as changing the product, quantity or delivery information), please contact our customer service as soon as possible. It can be modified before processing, and the shipped order cannot be modified.
