Incoming inspection
LEDs are binned by wavelength and brightness before assembly. Drivers, fans and housings are sampled against our specification.
In-process checks
Solder joints are inspected after SMT. Each board is powered and checked before it goes into a housing.
Burn-in ageing
Finished devices run for 4–8 hours at full output. Early failures show up here instead of in your customer’s home.
Final inspection
Wavelength, irradiance, timer, fan noise, cosmetic finish and packaging are checked before every batch ships, with a report you can share.
