OEM/ODM questions
What is your MOQ?
Samples are available from 1 piece. For logo and private-label orders, MOQ depends on the model and customisation; most start in the low hundreds.
How long does an ODM project take?
A logo order can ship in 1–2 weeks after sample approval. A new mould or PCB design usually takes 4–8 weeks before mass production.
Who owns the design?
For full ODM projects, the custom design is exclusive to you and we sign an NDA before receiving your files.
Can you help with certification?
We provide test reports and technical files for CE, FCC, RoHS, UKCA and support FDA establishment registration and device listing for your brand.
